As an affiliate of Wahoo Fitness, LLC. you hereby agree to the following:

Termination Right

Wahoo reserves the sole, and unilateral right to revoke your affiliate status at any time. If your affiliate status is revoked, you may be asked to remove all Wahoo images, reviews, and related posts from your social media/websites. This removal should be complete within 30 days of the first notification by Wahoo. 

Morality Clause

Affiliates shall not do anything which might reasonably be considered to be immoral, deceptive, scandalous or obscene; or to injure, tarnish, damage or otherwise negatively affect the reputation and goodwill associated with Wahoo Fitness.

Disclosure Requirements

Affiliates are responsible for understanding and implementing all laws and advertising disclosure requirements that apply to their social media accounts, blog, and website reviews/postings. Affiliates must disclose their paid partner relationship with Wahoo in all reviews, advertising, blog posts, and social media posts that reference Wahoo products.

Confidential Information

Wahoo may present Affiliates with confidential information on products, features, or services ahead of public release to customers. Affiliates should not communicate confidential information to other parties until indicated by Wahoo. Affiliates that do not respect confidentiality, may be terminated from the program at Wahoo’s discretion. 

Privacy Policy

Any information that is collected from Affiliates will be handled in accordance with Wahoo’s Privacy Policy.  

Search Campaigns - Protected SEM Bidding Keywords

Publishers are prohibited from bidding on these terms for search engine marketing campaigns: Wahoofitness.com, Wahoo Fitness, Wahoo. These and all misspellings must be added as a negative match. Also, all uses of these terms must be accompanied by a product name and may not use the term “official” in any capacity. For example, Wahoo ELEMNT would be acceptable, but Wahoo Bike Computer would not be acceptable.

Search Campaigns - Prohibited SEM Display URL Content 

These are terms that publishers are prohibited from using in the display URLs of search marketing campaigns: Wahoofitness.com, Wahoo Fitness, Wahoo. These and all misspellings must be added as a negative match.  Also, all uses of these terms must be accompanied by a product name and may not use the term “official” in any capacity.  For example, Wahoo ELEMNT would be acceptable, but Wahoo Bike Computer would not be acceptable.

Search Campaigns - Prohibited SEM Ad Copy Content 

These are terms that publishers are prohibited from using in the ad copy of their search marketing campaigns: Wahoofitness.com, Wahoo Fitness, Wahoo. These and all misspellings must be added as a negative match.  Also, all uses of these terms must be accompanied by a product name and may not use the term “official” in any capacity.  For example, Wahoo ELEMNT would be acceptable, but Wahoo Bike Computer would not be acceptable

Search Campaigns - Direct Linking 

Publishers are not allowed to link directly to wahoofitness.com from search marketing campaigns 

SEM Keywords Max Bid for Brand + Product terms

Partners are prohibited from bidding above the MAX CPC CAP. Should partner elect to bid on acceptable terms in SEM, the partner must adhere to Wahoo MAX CPC Cap policy. Partner max CPC bid in the search engine shall be no greater than $1 cost per click (CPC).
